By accessing or using the NextGrant application or website (“Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

NextGrant is a scholarship discovery and matching platform that helps students find relevant scholarships, receive AI-powered guidance, and manage their scholarship application process. The Service includes scholarship search, AI advisor, essay tools, university information, and profile management features.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

NextGrant offers free and paid subscription plans (Basic, Premium, and VIP). Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are subject to the respective store's terms and refund policies. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false or misleading information; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; (d) use automated means to access the Service without permission; (e) interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service; (f) harass, abuse, or harm other users; or (g) use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to provide scholarship recommendations, essay feedback, and advisory guidance. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional, legal, or financial advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any information before acting on it.

NextGrant aggregates scholarship information from various sources. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or eligibility criteria of any scholarship listed on the platform. You should always verify scholarship details directly with the scholarship provider before applying.

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by NextGrant and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as essays and profile information), but you grant NextGrant a limited license to use such content to provide and improve the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextGrant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the app or website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
